Granola bars with oats, nuts and honey without cooking



INGREDIENTS
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup of almond butter
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flake
2/3 cups of chopped pecans very finely
1/4 cup pecans cut into pieces
1/3 cup of liquid honey
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1/2 cup mini-pieces of semi-sweet chocolate (optional)


PREPARATION
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Squeeze the mixture into a 9 "x 11" (23 cm x 28 cm) pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cut into bars.
